Here are just a few pictures from when we went
to Geneva, Switzerland. We met up with Laura, a
friend from Abilene who is being a nanny for a
family in Geneva. We all took a train to a little town
and watched the big traditional bringing-the-cows-
down-from-the-mountain celebration. The whole town
was holding a festival for it, and every now and then
cowbells could be heard in the distance and a big
group of cows with huge decorated cowbells and
flowers on their heads would come through the
streets, being herded by these people in traditional
outfits, and people would line the streets to watch them.
